Practice-based Research Action Team

This action team is designed to promote the engagement of point-of-care nurses and allied health professionals in small-scale mentored research projects. Our goal is to enhance evidence-informed practice, promote strong employee engagement among participants, and improve patient outcomes.

Current Activities:

At Providence Health Care a group is leading the PHC Practice-based Research Challenge beginning in March 2011. At Fraser Health, a similar Research Challenge was launched in January 2011.
