UNBC to Lead Nursing Study

A major funding announcement was made at UNBC this morning.

The University will be getting 400 thousand dollars from the federal government to conduct a research project that will improve access to nursing in rural areas.

The study will happen across Canada - with UNBC leading it - and Chair of the School of Nursing Dr. Martha MacLeod says it's an update of a similar study that happened years ago.
