Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites Online Booking Instructions

Guests can now book their guest room reservation at anytime from anywhere, as long as the reservations are done before the group booking release date of October 7, 2011.

Booking code for InspireNet Fall Conference is CPS-GFC3789893.

1.         Open your computer browser to:  http://www.coasthotels.com/hotels/canada/bc/vancouver/coast_plaza/overview

2.         Go to Reservations

3.         Select the province & city or the hotel name, enter the check-in and check-out dates, and finally the number of rooms and number of guests

4.         Enter the group booking code as indicated above in the ‘Group Code’ box and then click ‘Check Rates & Availability’.

5.         The special rates for your group will appear (you may have to scroll down).

6.         Follow the prompts as indicated, and upon completion, a confirmation number will be given.

Should a guest wish to make reservations after the group booking cutoff date, the guest will have to call the hotel reservation's department directly at 1-604-688-7711 to reserve a room. This will be done on a room availability basis.  The attendees may also phone Toll Free Reservations at 1 800 663-1144 and give the same code as above.
